Most likely, one of the following is the cause...
- Your end user is attempting to develop with the controls in an ActiveX development
environment.
- You are trying to create a control on a dialog/form dynamically at runtime.
- You have somehow re-registered your controls in a directory separate from
your license files.
- You installed your finished product on your development system.
